AAA prefers that Members use its emergency road service whenever possible but there may be times when AAA services are not available, such as extreme weather conditions or when there is no AAA contractor in the area. In these cases, AAA Members can request reimbursement.
Reimbursement forms are available to download and print under the “Membership” menu. Include the original paid receipts. (Always keep copies for your files.) Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing.

Please note that applications and receipts received 60 days after the date the service was rendered may not be considered for reimbursement. All receipts must include the name of a valid AAA Member from Northern California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, Alaska, Montana, or Wyoming and an itemized description of the services rendered. (i.e. breakdown location, tow destination, or type of lockout [home or car]).
